WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

Let's start with what life coaching is not. It is not therapy. Life coaching is focused on your personal and professional development. A life coach is someone who helps you articulate & define your dreams, allowing youth create specific & realistic goals and actionable steps to achieve them. They are non-judgemental, supportive, encouraging and motivating. And possibly most important, they are not a friend or family member that is emotionally invested in making you feel good. A Life Coach will honestly help you see where you are now and work with you to get you where you want to be. A Life Coach wants you to reach your full potential.

WHAT DO YOU DO AS A COACH?

Believe it or not, you hold the keys to the locks that keep our chains (blockers) tight. You have the answers within.  I create and hold a safe space for you so we can work together. As a Life Coach, I guide and work with you to uncover the keys/answers. I will be with you through the entire process, coaching you as you discover the habits, routines and behaviors you currently have that aren't serving you. Together, you and I will create the framework and the plan for you to build the life you want, the life that serves you. No more living by default - It's time to live life by design, your design.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A LIFE COACH?

The benefits of having a Life Coach are numerous. But one of the more important ones is having someone that is solely dedicated to you creating the life you want. A Life Coach will work with you to clearly define and achieve your goals and keep you focused on moving forward in the right direction with accountability. They will enable you to build the life you want while helping you learn the skills to maintain the habits and routines to keep you on the path to living your life on your terms.

WHAT IS OOLA COACHING?

WHAT IF I JUST NEED A SOLO SESSION?

We can absolutely do that. Scroll down to "Schedule A Discovery Call" and schedule a free 30 minute Zoom or phone meeting.  If we both agree a single session* will server you and your goals, we will schedule a time that works best for both of our schedules.

(*In full transparency, it is worth mentioning, almost everyone ends up requesting more sessions, after the solo session.)

YOU DO FINANCIAL COACHING TOO?

Yes!  The 3 session (1 session a week) "Green Gap" coaching program will allow you to keep more of your money, get you out of (and keep you out of) debt and build an emergency fund by restructuring your habits around money so. We will create real actionable goals to get you out from under the burden of financial stress.  Scroll down to "Schedule A Discovery Call" and schedule a free 30 minute Zoom or phone meeting and we can go from there.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

The amount of sessions needed will depend on what you are hoping to accomplish. The 12 session package is the most popular and most impactful. There is also a 10 session package and solo sessions as well. Scroll down to "Schedule A Discovery Call" and schedule a free 30 minute Zoom or phone meeting and we will figure it out.

CAN I BOOK AN IN-PERSON SESSION?

At this time all discovery calls are done via Zoom or similar video call platform. My clients are from all over the world so most of the coaching sessions are done by Zoom or Skype. All supplemental materials, work sheets, etc. are delivered to you digitally.  If you are in the San Diego area, we can discuss the option of in-person sessions during our Discovery call.
