I know from personal experience, and from coaching others, that living the life you want and deserve can seem impossible because you are feeling stuck in a life that is just happing to you.
I first found the Oola framework when I my life hit a point that not only felt out of balance, but out of control as well. After spending months leveraging my experience as a professional mentor, my knowledge of behavior & habit loops, and applying the Oola framework to my life – Everything changed. Now, I am not going to sugar coat it: It takes work. It takes dedication. It takes consistency.
My transformation also confirmed for me the passion I have for mentoring and coaching others. When I decided to become a certified Life Coach, I looked at several programs. But having changed my own life by using the Oola frame work, I knew I had to go through the Oola Life Coaching program.
Fast-forward to today, I look back at my path that has led me here and I am filled with gratitude for the challenges I have faced and the lessons I have learned. Over the years of coaching, I have had the honor of working with individuals looking to improve their personal or professional lives. Coaching and guiding others as they take control of their life, from finances and health to relationships and career paths. It is amazing to witness the growth and personal power people experience through coaching.
